This is not a “make slides” internship.

The Grid is building a global brand across physical spaces, digital platforms, and culture. We’re looking for someone who can see it before it exists—and bring it to life through design, video, and storytelling.

What You'll Be Doing

Design That Actually Hits

  • Create visuals for social, campaigns, decks, and product
  • Build assets that feel premium, clean, and culturally relevant
  • Help evolve The Grid’s visual identity (not just follow it)

Video > Everything

  • Shoot + edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, motion graphics)
  • Turn ideas into fast, high-quality videos
  • Experiment with formats, pacing, and storytelling

Build the Brand in Real Time

  • Work on marketing campaigns, launches, and new locations
  • Support product visuals (app, platform, presentations)
  • Create content across wellness, culinary, community, and experiences

Be in the Room Where It Happens

  • Capture events, spaces, people, energy
  • Translate moments into content that people feel

Move Fast, Make Things

  • Test ideas quickly—no overthinking
  • Iterate constantly based on what works

You're Probably a Fit if

  • You design for fun (Figma, Adobe, Canva—whatever, as long as it’s good
  • You edit videos like second nature (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
  • You have strong taste (this matters more than tools)
  • You understand internet culture, pacing, and visuals
  • You can take an idea and run with it without needing step-by-step direction

Bonus Points

  • Motion graphics / animation
  • Branding or identity work
  • Experience with UI/UX or product design
  • You’ve built your own page, brand, or creative project
