You control what MILA sees, learns, and does. Personal data is encrypted, kept secure, and never sold. You can pause, customize, or delete your profile at any time.

The information we collect

We collect the minimum necessary to operate The Grid and personalize your experience. The categories below depend on how you use the platform and are largely optional.

Account & Profile
Name, contact details, photo, biography, professional role, skills/interests, LinkedIn URL, and preferences (e.g., dietary, room, music, wellness).

Professional & Community
Your goals, projects, and opt-in profile details used to match you with members, mentors, investors, or companies.

Usage & Device
App interactions, session logs, device type/OS, crash logs, and identifiers to maintain security and improve performance.

Location (optional)
Approximate or precise location for check-in, wayfinding, and “who’s here now” features.

Bookings & Transactions
Reservations, event RSVPs, purchases 

(including autonomous retail), and payment-related records.

Wellness Data (optional)
Health-related metrics you choose to share (e.g., sleep or recovery signals). This is not used for medical purposes.

Biometric Data (optional)
Face templates or similar identifiers used strictly for access control where enabled, with separate explicit consent.

Voice Interactions (optional)
Short voice commands processed to fulfill requests.

Feedback & Communications
Messages, support requests, ratings, and meeting feedback.

Third-Party Data (optional)
With your permission, we may enhance your profile using providers such as APIFY and LLMLAYER under strict contractual safeguards.

How we use your information

    Account management, identity verification, venue access, payments, and safety.

    Recommendations for people, events, dining, wellness, workspaces, and stays.
  • To improve The Grid

    Engagement-based systems (e.g., Impact/Ecosystem scoring) that enhance experiences and recommendations. These are not used to deny service.

We do not sell your personal data.
We also do not share your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
