
The Head of Residency – Wellness is responsible for designing, curating, and operating a world-class wellness residency program across The Grid locations. This role blends hospitality, programming, and partnerships to create a holistic, elevated wellness offering that integrates into members’ daily lives and travel experiences.

Program Development:
Design and lead a rotating residency program featuring wellness practitioners (fitness, mindfulness, longevity, recovery, nutrition, etc.)
Experience Curation:
Build a cohesive wellness journey across locations, including daily programming, workshops, retreats, and immersive experiences
Resident Management:
Recruit, onboard, and manage global wellness practitioners, ensuring quality, alignment with brand values, and consistency in delivery
Partnerships:
Develop relationships with leading wellness brands, experts, and institutions to enhance offerings and credibility
Integration with Spaces:
Collaborate with design and operations teams to optimize wellness labs, recovery spaces, and programming areas
Member Engagement:
Create high-impact, personalized wellness experiences that drive retention, satisfaction, and community participation
Revenue Strategy:
Develop monetization strategies including memberships, private sessions, retreats, and brand collaborations
Standards & Quality Control:
Establish SOPs and service standards across all locations to ensure a premium and consistent experience
7+ years in wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle programming
Strong network of global wellness practitioners and brands
Experience managing multi-location or scalable programs
Deep understanding of modern wellness trends (longevity, biohacking, mindfulness, performance)
Operational and commercial mindset
Exceptional interpersonal and community-building skills
Member engagement in wellness programming
